Role: Front Desk Executive

Work-mode: Onsite | Fulltime

Work Location: Bidadi, Ramanagara (Bangalore, South)

Experience: min 1 year experience (fresher on potentiality basis could be considered)

Preferred Candidates:

• Must be proficient in communicating effectively in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• Polite and courteous manner in welcoming and addressing the visitors
• Skill to handle challenging calls in a professional way
• Foster effective communication, create a welcoming environment and represent their organization with the utmost professionalism.
• MS office, Excel, PowerPoint skill

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visitors management
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence calls, email, messages.
• Time management
• Guide members to respective concerned PIC and navigate
• Appointments, reservations and follow-ups
• Administrative support
• Meeting room booking and management
• End to End-to-end end reception and front office management
