Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordination with investor/Bankers

• Preparation of Monthly Performance Report and Management Reporting

• Build Financial Models for Business Forecasting & Sensitivity Analysis, business alerts

• Monitoring of Cash Flow and Working Capital.

• Responsible for collecting the data, records and compile them.

• Financial modelling

• Preparation & Finalization of BS and projection

• GST Filing and preparation of data

• Knowledge of Listing and IPO

• Preparation of FA register
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates willing to relocate may only apply.
• Must have working knowledge in any Logistics/ transportation firm may apply.
• Strong focus on timelines and deadlines.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Should be capable of independently finalizing accounts and thorough knowledge of all statutory and regulatory filings.
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Should be experienced and well versed with Accounts, Audit, GST, Income Tax.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
