About the role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Manager to join our international business team.
- The ideal candidate will lead various projects, scale new geographies, handle demand planning, and conduct competitor analysis.
- They will keep a close track of international markets to identify trends and new opportunities, while also being responsible for P&L management.
- This role demands problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed according to plan.
- Coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive progress.
- Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and clients, negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships, and monitor market trends.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee demand planning, and supply chain, ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in each market, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and market operations.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets for international operations, Monitor financial performance across various markets, prepare regular reports on market performance and business outcomes, and deliver top-line and bottom-line growth.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- MBA
- 1-2 years of experience.
- International business experience is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial management.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
