Required Tele Calling Executive (Language : Punjabi only)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales deals over the phone.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or services.
