We are looking for an innovative and motivated Program Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Discovery Calls and Qualification:
- Conducting outbound calls, emails, and research to identify and evaluate potential clients, ensuring they align with the target audience and business objectives.
CRM Management:
- Using CRM software to track leads, manage follow-ups, and document customer interactions.
- Keeping detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, and updates.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to confidently present them to clients and demonstrate their value.
Consultative Selling:
Engaging with potential leads to understand their needs identify their pain points and presenting customized solutions that address those needs, while focusing on long-term relationships rather than quick salesly.
Sales Funnel Management:
- Maintaining consistent communication with leads who are in the sales funnel, providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets by closing deals and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
Collaboration and Strategy Alignment:
- Working closely with the operations team, marketing, training and other departments to align strategies, share insights, and close sales effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ Masters's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, B.Com, M.Com or a related field.
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, consulting and client management, ideally in leadership development, organizational change, or coaching.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients to convey value propositions clearly and build long-term relationships.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems and create impactful solutions.
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate, guiding leads through the sales funnel.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for learning and growth.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable success.
- An enthusiastic, proactive approach to work with a drive for making a difference.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to manage sales pipelines and track client interactions.
- Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes is a plus.
