Job Description: Kansas Overseas Careers is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Consultants to join our team. This role involves counseling clients regarding immigration and overseas education services, helping them make informed decisions and guiding them through every step of the process. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, offering expert advice and helping them achieve their global aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel potential clients on immigration and overseas education services via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Offer personalized advice based on client goals and preferences, helping them understand their options.
• Stay updated with immigration policies, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements.
• Develop tailored strategies to help clients achieve their immigration or education goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM systems.
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude toward achieving results.

Soft Skills Required:

• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
