Accounts and Tax Assistant

Responsibilities :

• Would be responsible to assist in tax compliances, finalising accounts, assist seniors in Audits
• Taxation:
• Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other indirect tax returns.
• Handle tax audits and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations.
• handling INCOME TAX and GST Notice cases
• Audit:
• Assist in conducting statutory and internal audits.
• Prepare audit working papers and reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and clients to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Accounting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts.

General Office Duties:

• Handle general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) :

Experience in CA firm, accounts , Audit and tax .
