We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, video editing, GIF creation, and UI design. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to take ownership of design projects from concept to completion. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Design Lead, collaborating closely with the team to deliver high-quality and visually appealing designs that align with Kanerikas brand and objectives.

Ideal candidates would be someone who is creative, proactive, go getter and motivated to look for ways to add value to job accomplishments.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling UI creatives, visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our message and engage our target audience. You are self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and demeanor, enthusiastic when embracing new challenges, able to multitask and prioritize (good time management skills), willingness to learn new technology/methodologies, adaptable and flexible when new products are assigned. You prefer to work independently with less or no supervision.
You are process oriented, have a methodical approach and demonstrate quality first approach and preferably who have worked in a result-oriented product
marketing team(s).
You have created visually stunning and engaging designs for various marketing collateral, including digital assets, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, technical blogs, LinkedIn posts, and print materials. A Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering marketing materials for successful campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, BFA. MFA, B.Des/M.Des or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various platforms and media.
Knowledge on UI design principles is a plus.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe after effects), and figma is a plus.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Experience in creating visually compelling designs for print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interpret and translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.
Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that resonate with the target audience.
