Role.
As a Senior HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives. You'll lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure HR practices foster a positive work environment, support employee growth, and drive business outcomes. The function of this HR Manager role is to shape the performance and development systems for all employees, designing and supporting the company talent frameworks including performance management, succession planning and workforce/human resource planning whilst guiding and managing Human Resources services for the Company. Your role will encompass reporting directly to the CEO, managing the HR executive team and working closely with colleagues to ensure all HR duties are undertaken in accordance with employment law, company policy and ensuring any risk to the business is minimised.

What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee training, and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360- evaluations).
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Manage the organization's employee performance review process.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist in employee development and training programs.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Manage and oversee the administration of benefits to employees.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
HR Policies and Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs, design training programs, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Design, plan, and implement various training programs to meet the professional development needs of employees.

- Legal and Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.
- Negotiation and Influence: Capability to negotiate effectively, influence stakeholders, and build consensus on HR-related matters.
- Ethical Practice: Upholding high ethical standards and integrity while handling sensitive information and making critical decisions.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Required skills and qualifications
- Ten or more years of progressive experience in HR roles, with demonstrated leadership in a managerial/senior capacity.
- Profound knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with HR software - Zoho
- Veteran with team handling leadership and upskilled experience in Functional and Visionary leadership involving Strategic and Operational HR Management will be a plus.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Master's Degree (or equivalent) in human resources
- Experience working with People Soft tools like Zoho
- Strong understanding of national laws related to HR.
- HR credentials (e.g., PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
