Role & responsibilities
Responsibility:
• Independent capabilities for preparing proposals.
• BOQ calculation with reference to drawing.
• Prepare final costing sheet.
• Prepare final Price sheet to customer.
• Visit to customers to understand the requirements.
• Sound knowledge in reading the Engineering drawing.
• Interacting with end client decision makers (sr. mgmt./owners) independently.
• Independently participating in trade fairs/exhibitions/conferences.
• Good Articulation skills of Kamtress value proposition and client requirements.
• Typical end clientele for Kamtress would be from automobiles/automobile ancillaries, steel, hardware/ fasteners, architectural and sanitary fittings, aerospace-preferred candidate to have experience dealing in at least couple/majority of these industrial client segments.
• Track record of achieving/exceeding yearly sales targets.
• Gathering market intelligence on key market developments/competition and reporting periodically to head office.
• Ability to travel(regional/domestic) 50% of the times.
• Ability to interface between client requirements and internal stake holders.
• Must have handled yearly sales quota of min INR 15-20 Crores
• Direct sales experience preferred (Would not prefer sales via distributors/channel partners)
• Experience in verticals such as Industrial, Engineering, Chemicals, Healthcare, Automotive, Industry, etc.
• Excellent communications problem solving skills, along with team building capabilities
Preferred candidate profile
having Good Sales Exposure from Design Engineering Manufacturing Company or Having experience in sales of Electroplating Equipment manufacturing Company
