The Impact You Will Create:

• Collaborate with IT Leads and stakeholders to gather and understand detailed requirements
• Conduct thorough analysis to provide the necessary details, ensuring the refinement and confirmation of requirements and user stories
• Contribute to the development of pod-based solutions and validate ideas to ensure alignment with the product owner s requirements
• Break down stories into manageable sub-tasks to facilitate efficient, incremental delivery of the product
• Deliver software solutions for the assigned stories and sub-tasks, ensuring releases are successfully deployed into UAT and production environments
• Prioritize continuous integration and automation throughout the development process to enhance delivery efficiency
• Perform environment updates, including patching and upgrading of hosted applications to ensure system stability and performance
• Monitor and support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement remediation solutions to resolve problems effectively
• Ensure all technical solutions are reviewed and approved by the engineering lead
• Adhere to and enforce project standards to ensure software quality and consistency across deliverables

What We Look For:

• 4-6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on delivering solutions in Agile environments
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and breaking down user stories into actionable sub-tasks
• Experience working with CI/CD processes and a focus on automation in development
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining production environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with continuous integration, UAT, and production release processes

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
