The Impact You Will Create:

• Collaborate with the leadership of Risk & Compliance, value streams, product ownership, and engineering teams to define and shape the technology vision and strategy
• Serve as a key enabler in ensuring that the business strategy is realized by identifying, designing, and supporting the delivery of key technical capabilities within the Data & MI estate
• Ensure adherence to architecture governance practices, ensuring that designs align with and support the organization s Compliance strategies (Tech, Data, Cloud, Security, etc)
• Take responsibility for creating and owning architecture deliverables as part of the project architecture team
• Contribute to the definition and delivery of the target architecture, including identifying opportunities for simplification
• Coordinate solution design efforts across geographically dispersed teams
• Produce written and verbal knowledge transfer documentation in preparation for transitioning solutions to BAU (Business-As-Usual) ownership by the client
• Use your understanding of the business and organizational context of client engagements to mitigate risks effectively
• Focus on building efficient and brilliantly simple business solutions, demonstrating tenacity in ensuring the right approach is followed
• Assist clients in capitalizing on technology for commercial benefit, particularly in customerfacing roles within enterprise environments

What We Look For:

•  7-14 years of experience in solution architecture with a solid foundation in software engineering
• Proven track record of delivering solutions across the project delivery lifecycle, managing mixed shore resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle aggressive t imelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong background in technical and solution architecture, with experience working in enterprise-scale environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, peers, vendors, and client-side staff
• Familiarity with technology concepts, roles, and terminology, including API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Experience participating in architecture groups and forums, articulating solution strategies and designs both verbally and in written form
• Desirable Background: Customer-facing experience within a consultancy or software vendor environment
• Knowledge of the Financial Services domain, with practical experience in mobilizing technology to meet the dynamic needs of the financial services sector (eg, Risk, Cost, Customer)
• Experience in successful refactoring and technical debt remediation projects

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in architecture or data management are a plus
