Automation Quality Engineering Specialist

• Build and enhance automation frameworks to drive efficient testing processes
• Leverage strong Quality Engineering and Test Management skills, ensuring robust testing practices aligned with Retail Banking domain requirements
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Core Java, Maven/Gradle, REST API, REST ASSURED/Karate, Selenium (WebDriver), Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and Java IDE
• Ensure comprehensive testing coverage by working with HTTP and JSON protocols, Cucumber, BDD methodology, Gherkin syntax, and tools like JIRA, Jenkins (CI/CD), and Confluence
• Execute testing in Agile or SAFe environments, focusing on in-sprint automation to maintain high-quality deliverables
• Contribute to Performance and Cyber Security Quality Engineering efforts, ensuring product stability and safety
• Understand and work with cloud-based architectures and technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-based device farms such as Browser Stack

What We Look For:

• 4-6 years of experience in automation framework development and testing within the Retail Banking domain
• Proficiency with Core Java, REST APIs, Selenium, Appium, and Test Automation frameworks like JUnit and TestNG
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber, BDD, Gherkin syntax, and tools such as Jenkins and JIRA
• Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies with a focus on in-sprint automation
• Familiarity with cloud-based architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-based testing platforms like Browser Stack
• Basic understanding of Performance and Cyber Security Quality Engineering
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
