Channel Partner Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Channel Partner Sourcing and Sales Executive to manage and expand our network of channel partners while driving sales for our real estate projects. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, coordinate effectively, and achieve sales targets through channel partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Sourcing and Onboarding:
   
• Identify and onboard new channel partners, including brokers, consultants, and agencies.
• Negotiate and finalize terms of engagement with partners.
2. Relationship Management:
   
• Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to ensure continued collaboration.
• Regularly update partners about project developments, pricing, and promotional offers.
3. Sales Enablement:
   
• Conduct training sessions and site visits for channel partners to equip them with the knowledge to promote projects effectively.
• Provide marketing materials, sales support, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
4. Sales Target Achievement:
   
• Work with channel partners to achieve sales targets for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Ensure timely closure of deals and maintain sales records.
5. Event and Engagement Programs:
   
• Organize partner events, networking sessions, and reward programs to strengthen collaboration.
6. Market Analysis:
   
• Gather market feedback from channel partners and provide insights to improve project offerings and sales strategies.
7. Reporting and Coordination:
   
• Maintain records of partner performance and sales pipelines.
• Report regularly to the sales manager on partner activities and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in channel partner management or real estate sales.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven with excellent negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to analyze market trends and feedback.
