Job Title: HR Manager

Job Type: Full time/ Permanent

Work Outline:

• Recruitment: Posting JD in online and offline platforms. Filtering out candidates based on
  CV and Company SOP. Facilitating in-office written tests and HR Q/A rounds with candidates. Structured Documentation of pre, during and post hiring process.
• On boarding: Ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding of employees as per SOP.

Documentation and Training completion of Candidates.

• Performing levels1, 2 &, if required, level 3 module of research by tele-calling respective stakeholders.
• Admin work: Managing the company's administrative tasks, record-keeping & correspondence.

Must-haves:

• A Bachelors /Diploma degree
• Proficient in using Google Sheets-Savvy with features formulas, filters, & data validation. Excellent hold in English and Hindi Language. (Speaking +Writing)
• Have at least 2-4 Years of working experience.
• An experience in event management domain is a plus+
