Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies.
• Address employee queries related to salary, leave, benefits, and workplace grievances.
• Ensure all administrative paperwork is up to date and properly stored.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to administration and HR.
• Manage business travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Manage office administration tasks, including vendor coordination, office supplies management.

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resource Management.
• 4-5 years of experience in HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
