Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance with labour laws etc.
  
• Coordinate with external vendors for various activities such as payroll processing, statutory compliance audits etc.
  
• Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to human resources.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by senior management while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  
• 1-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar function.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
