Executive - CSR

Purpose of the Job/Role

The job incumbent is responsible for effectively coordinate with the sales team and customer representatives to ensure Ontime and in Full (OTIF) delivery of the Sales Invoice. The CSR Team Lead is responsible for providing requisite information, addressing client requirements and ensure shipment delivery as per timeline for the clients responsible.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

To coordinate with clients for ensuring agreement of delivery timelines and product specifications.

To coordinate with the Production Planning team to ensure production as per the client requirements and time-lines.

To coordinate with CAD & Production Planning for the product specifications ( eg: weight, shine, design.. etc)

To address customer queries promptly and within TAT

To ensure proactive communication on delivery progress, specification, as per the client requirements

To ensure completion of documentation in ERP/System/Email as per the requirement of Customer

Preparation of Quotation and Pricing

To Lead team of CSr

Competencies and Levels

To analyze product market trend.

Proficient in Arithmetic and Calculation skills

Knowledge of ERP is required

Knowledge of MS Excel is required
