Job Description
The Salesforce BSA is responsible for successfully designing and implementing solutions that enable business objectives and outcomes. The technologies include but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce.com products and APIs.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify gaps that Salesforce can address.
  • Document and refine user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce technical team to design solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Provide input on the design of data models, system integrations, and workflows in Salesforce.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Act as the bridge between business users and the technical development team
  • Facilitate clear communication, ensuring all stakeholders understand project scope, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Translate complex technical information into easily understood business terms.
  • Conduct or oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Identify, document, and track issues found during testing and ensure their resolution.
  • Help define data migration and data integration strategies for Salesforce.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity are maintained within Salesforce and across integrated systems.
  • Provide end-user training and create training materials.
  • Serve as a resource for ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features or processes post-deployment.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and identify opportunities to leverage new functionality to improve business processes.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements based on best practices.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 yrs. of experience as a salesforce consultant
Salesforce Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud platforms and the various components.
  • Assist in Salesforce system configuration, such as setting up custom fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Components.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and continuously enhance expertise in implementation strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Proficiency in customizing Salesforce objects, layouts, and flows.
  • Ability to create custom validation rules, triggers, and automation.

Salesforce BSA Preferred Certifications and Commitments:
  • Salesforce Admin , Business Analyst or Consultant Certification.
  • Preferred to have certification associated with any business process such as Sales Cloud, Marketing, Services, CPQ Or Experience clous.
