The Anaplan Application Analyst (Anaplan Model Builder) is part of the Sales Performance Management (SPM) team within Rockwells Global Sales & Marketing Organisation. Our team is responsible for the platform (Anaplan) that supports the SPM processes such as Quota and Goal Planning, Account Segmentation, Territory Planning, Sales Forecasting and Sales Incentive.
The goal of our team is to make our users experience in Anaplan easier and more insightful so our sales leadership can plan more effectively and maximise performance. You will have responsibility for the development, and deployment of functionality of Rockwells Sales Incentive Model. As a key member of the Anaplan team you will create new functionality, resolve system issues as they arise and support and train users.
You are a team player who understands data modelling and sales processes (especially sales incentive), enjoys solving complex business problems and has. To be successful in this role you across teams, explain complex concepts to different, bring business insights, and drive process improvements in the platform. Paired with mindfulness of the big picture is also essential for success.
Responsibilities
Maintain functionality in Anaplan that supports Rockwells Sales Incentive programmed.
Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, pages, actions, and other model settings to meet our needs for the Sales Incentive Model
Develop new functionality to support new our goals
Create user security roles and permissions for Anaplan personas
Partner with IT to configure, test and correct data integrations between Rockwells internal systems and Anaplan
Partners with Data teams to test and configure current and new data feeds into Anaplan
Perform ad-hoc analysis
Understand Anaplans new and updated functionality and how it will affect or can be used in our current Models

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
Abusiness, engineering or IT related bachelors degree
1+ years of experience in sales operations, role supporting a sales organization or implementing sales incentive projects
Familiarity with Sales Incentive processes
Must possess, ability
With an ability to explain complex concepts simply to different
Experience with Anaplan and Anaplan Model Building
1+ years of experience
Experience of Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) or Access
Ability to translate 2D spreadsheet model into multi-dimensional technologies
