Program Manager

Job brief
We are looking for strong candidate with experience in running a program management office, defining the vision for the function, managing program managers who would be tracking Electronics, Automotive, software & vehicle Product Development. Within this role, you will directly be responsible in driving the project KPIs by interacting with various internal & external stakeholders horizontally & vertically.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Believe and contribute in defining and living the vision of Program management office
2. Organise the Program management office Systems, structure & process
3. Conduct periodic meeting with-in ^ with other stakeholders to drive the project
4. Enable for Gateway review and approval
5. Run the budget approval process for the project.
6. Performance Rating for the Project resource
7. Escalate bottle-neck in timely manner
8. Use of Business Intelligence tools to create action-oriented Management reports (Multiple audience & Multiple frequency)

Qualifications:

• Strong focus on driving the project execution.
• Min 7 years’ experience in running an Automotive Program office and should have at least managed 1 sub-ordinate.
• Knowledge of Electronic & Software Component Development Process.
• Knowledge of collaboration program management tool will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, Analytical and Presentation Skill.
• Should be confident to take up larger role of heading the program management function in future.

Job location:
The normal place of work will be at Mundhwa Pune. The job requires travel locally between KPTL plants in Chakan & R&D Centre at Keshavnagar, KPTL may set up additional plants based on the business requirements and this position is transferrable PAN India
This job is based on full time, 5 days week, and work from office model with limited scope for work from home.
