Paid Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate).
• Develop paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct audience and competitor research to refine campaign strategies.
• Manage and allocate budgets for maximum ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
• Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
• Design and implement A/B tests for ads and landing pages.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies to meet project deliverables.
• Stay updated on trends in paid media, e-commerce, and marketing.

• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
• Experience in retargeting and programmatic advertising.
