QA Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead and oversee the QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing, a commitment to quality, and proven experience in managing and mentoring a team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.

Role & responsibilities

• Hands on experience in QA technologies, Ui Path, Manual Testing, Automation, Power BI, Power apps or related technologies
• Lead and manage the QA team, including task assignment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and QA processes.
• Oversee the testing of software applications to ensure they meet functional, performance, security, and usability standards.
• Coordinate the testing efforts between the development team and QA engineers.
• Design and execute test cases, document test results, and identify areas for improvement in the testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, design) to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Identify and track defects, work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Implement automated testing strategies to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Ensure proper test environments and tools are in place for all testing activities.
• Report on the status of testing efforts and provide insights into product quality and potential risks.
• Continuously improve QA methodologies and testing processes to enhance product quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSQA).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Prior experience in managing QA teams in an agile or DevOps environment.
