Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Finishing (6 months-1 year contract)

Objective of the role: To list out balance works, ensure proper thorough quality checks of entire flat including MEP services snag-desnag of the project till successful handover to customer

Position/Designation: Projects-Project Execution

Department: Projects

Location: Site-Bandra and Mira Road

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Coordination with contractors

2. Snagging & handing over of the flats from project team until possession to the clients.

3. Transition of residential complex and Maintenance handling. CAM maintenance and vendor management

4. Oversee all finishing activities and ensure process adherence

Conduct quality checks on interior fit-out projects using checklists and handover documents.
