Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate and manage all legal and financial compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. This includes working with legal counsel as needed.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the CEO, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and legal risks, implementing appropriate controls and procedures.
Internal Controls: Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Audit Management: Manage the annual financial audit process, working closely with external auditors.
Tax Management: Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
Treasury Management: Manage the company's cash flow, investments, and debt financing.
Legal Coordination: Coordinate with legal counsel on legal matters, including contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company's financial and legal compliance.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Participate in the company's strategic planning process, providing financial insights and recommendations.
