- Education background from CA, CS, CMA, ICWA, M.B.A-Finance, M.com with age limit of 45 55.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiatives towards business processes with strategic vision set by Board.
- Designing, implementing adhering to the business control framework.
- Must have strong exposure to accounting and budgeting.
- To prepare annual/quarterly budgeting, preparing management reports presenting to the board.
- Compilation of financial statements to accounts as required.
- Must have experience in legal compliance fiscal analysis, Well-versed in handling Statutory obligations/ compliance.
- Should b expert in any finance tool.
- Improving systems people management.
- A candidate with auditing experience is preferred.
