Kalkine is hiring for After Sales Support- International Outbound Process

Role & responsibilities:

• Client account maintenance and client assistance
• Operational services and support
• Troubleshooting of client accounts
• Processing client applications and after sales support and first point of contact
• Monitor company's support inbox and responding accordingly
• Database maintenance and records management Utilize CRM (zoho)

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidates with Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in stockbroking or financial markets preferable.
• Accent to deal with clients from UK, US, Australia, NZ, and CAN.
• Great command in engaging clients over the telephone.
• Comfortable working in outbound process and upselling.
• Min 3 to 4 years of exp in international Voice process is required.

Shifts: 3 PM to 12 AM (UK)

8 PM to 5 AM (CAN)

Working day: Mon to Fri

Salary: Upto 6.50 LPA + Performance Incentives
