Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales managers to develop and refine effective telesales strategies.

- Lead and manage the SDR team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Develop and maintain sales scripts and customer response templates to guide telesales representatives.

- Implement and execute sales strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.

- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to meet KPIs and sales quotas.

- Engage with existing and potential customers to showcase products and services, ensuring a personalized approach.

- Initiate and maintain telephonic conversations with potential or existing clients to generate leads or close sales.

- Gather and document customer information, requirements, and other relevant data for analysis and future reference.

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements effectively.

- Direct qualified leads and prospects to the sales team or Sales Head for further engagement and closure.

- Maintain and regularly update the customer database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

- Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of telesales initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines for data handling and customer interaction.

- Record, document, and analyze calls, customer interactions, and sales performance.

- Prepare and present performance reports, achievements, and KPIs to senior management.

- Encourage a culture of excellence, motivation, and continuous improvement within the telesales team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or in a similar leadership role in sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and data-driven insights.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide the team effectively.

- Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
