Admission Counsellor/ Marketing Executive

1. Admission Counselling:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the institutions programs, admission requirements, and procedures to prospective students.
Guide prospective students through the application and admission process, ensuring they understand requirements, deadlines, and necessary documents.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and their families to answer questions, discuss career options, and help them make informed decisions.
Assist with the preparation and processing of admission applications, ensuring all forms are completed correctly and submitted on time.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., academic, finance, and student services) to provide holistic support to prospective students.
Maintain an updated database of prospective students and follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Track and report on application statuses, admission conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.

2. Marketing and Promotion:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive student enrollment.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to promote the institutions programs and events.
Develop and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content to attract potential students.
Participate in the planning and execution of campus events, open houses, webinars, and seminars aimed at attracting new students.
Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Maintain the institutions website and social media platforms, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content.
Establish and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other relevant organizations to promote the institutions offerings.

3. Lead Generation and Networking:
Attend career fairs, school events, and other relevant outreach activities to promote the institution and generate leads.
Build strong relationships with high schools, universities, and education agents to facilitate student referrals and partnerships.
Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns to convert them into applicants.
