Development Associate or Destination Experts to thrive in a dynamic sales environment. This role is
fundamental to achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We seek a
quick learner with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop Sales Opportunities: Research and identify potential accounts, solicit new clients, and
build lasting relationships by understanding their travel needs and preferences.
Drive Lead Generation: Source new opportunities through networking, inbound lead follow-up,
outbound cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Promote Kashti Adventures Services: Present and promote our travel packages and services,
highlighting unique experiences that set us apart.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs set by the
management team.
Prepare Sales Proposals: Create and deliver compelling presentations and quotations, effectively
communicating the value of our offerings.
Negotiate Agreements: Secure mutually beneficial contracts with clients, ensuring customer
satisfaction and company growth.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to
identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Maintain Records: Expand and manage a comprehensive database of prospects and client
interactions.
Conduct Online Demos: Perform engaging virtual presentations to prospects.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field, be it Marketing, or any.
Sales Experience: Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the travel industry, with a
track record of over-achieving targets.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and corporate productivity
software.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for
building rapport and trust.
Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong ability to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial
agreements.
Self-Motivation: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for travel and adventure.
Adaptability: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling for client meetings and industry events as required.
