Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for achieving daily / weekly / monthly targets.

2. Negotiate with vendors for best rates

3. Adhere to the Enquiry Management & Booking Process

4. Responsible for handling enquiries through Walk in, telephone, Email etc

5 Coordinate with suppliers & get the best costing

6. Responsible for relationship building with customers

7. Responsible to assist with operations for FIT/ group tours

8. Initiate telesales calls for follow-up and closure of sales bookings

9. follow up with clients for payment

10. Maintain Daily Sales Report

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduated from any stream

2. Excellent at Sales & Customer Interaction

3. Well-versed in English communications

4. Minimum 1 year of experience
