Agri Banking is a core vertical at Kalgudi. The Kalgudi Banking Engagement Platform (KBEP) is
an innovative solution that transforms the way Banks, NBFCs, and Insurance companies
engage with their external stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced Business Leader with a deep understanding of Agri Banking
in India to lead the market development of KBEP. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely
with our Product and Engineering teams to create tailored solutions for diverse segments within
the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. He/She will also partner with the
Marketing team to develop impactful collateral and promotional strategies. Additionally, he/she
will lead a dynamic sales team to drive revenue growth.
This is a strategic Enterprise Business Development role suited for someone passionate about
the technology and digital ecosystem within the Agri Banking sector. A comprehensive
understanding of Agri Banking is crucial, while familiarity with the Agri Banking technology
landscape is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities for KBEP across the BFSI sector.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to develop and refine solutions
tailored to these opportunities.
• Effectively position KBEP solutions to potential clients, highlighting their value
propositions.
• Create marketing collateral that clearly communicates the benefits of KBEP to BFSI
enterprises
• Conduct market segmentation and prioritize quarterly and annual business goals for
enterprise clients.
• Develop detailed quarterly and annual business plans with accurate budgeting forecasts.
