Job Description
Asset Valuation (Land, Building and Plant & Machinery)
Experience: Preferably someone with an experience in the Valuation domain. However, there is no bar on experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Your Role:
- The profile basically involves drafting valuation reports for fixed assets i.e. (Land, Building and Plant & Machinery).
- The candidate is expected to undertake site visits (Locally and PAN India) for various assignments as and when required.
- As a report maker the candidate will undertake primary and secondary research, gather data to analyse the case-to-case scenario for valuation of flats, shops, offices, land and building.
- Interacting with clients as and when needed to ensure timely delivery of reports.
- The candidate will be provided extensive on the job training to educate about the job profile.
What we are looking for:
- Decent hold on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Candidate with a curiosity and hunger to learn.
- Proper Communication Skills.
- 2 wheeler license (required) or 4 wheeler license (desirable)
