  • Preparation of TEV reports, Project Monitoring Report and Enterprise Valuation Report or Equity Valuation Report;
  • Assessment of Key Financial Ratio and Cash flows are essential for this profile. Assisting the team to Build & Edit Financial models for various assignments
  • Sound knowledge on Accounting Standards, Companies Act & Taxation
  • Strong research skills to track information on a regular basis of current market scenario and Industry.
  • On need basis, conduct physical site visit to source primary information,
  • Develop and nurture network of industry contacts and sources to identify leading resources of information,
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to details.
  • Keep abreast of latest developments in RBI guidelines on Debt funding and Debt Restructuring, Taxation and Companies Act.
