Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Cluster Manager to lead our Tata AIA Axis Bancassurance team in Indore, Bhopal, and Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, team management, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Bancassurance Officers across Indore, Bhopal, and Jabalpur

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth

- Build and maintain relationships with Axis Bank staff and stakeholders

- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

- Conduct training and development programs for team members

- Manage team performance, provide feedback, and coach team members
