Role & responsibilities

As a Copywriter, you'll craft compelling content across various channels, embody our brand voice, conduct research, collaborate with teams, edit, proofread, and optimize for SEO. Strong writing skills, creativity, attention to detail, and marketing knowledge are essential. 

1. Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, product descriptions, and more.
2. Brand Messaging: Understand and embody our brand voice, tone, and values to consistently deliver content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
3. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitive landscape to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of content.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
5. Editing and Proofreading: Review and revise content for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring error-free and polished final deliverables.
6. SEO Optimization: Apply basic search engine optimization (SEO) principles to content creation, including the incorporation of relevant keywords and metadata to improve organic search rankings.
7. Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to content development and marketing initiatives.
8. Target Audience Analysis: Understand our target audience's needs, interests, and pain points to create persuasive and engaging content that effectively communicates our value proposition.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Copywriter or similar role, preferably in PR/Digital industry. 
2. Exceptional Writing Skills: Excellent command of written English, with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. Ability to write compelling, persuasive, and concise copy.
3. Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to generate creative ideas, think outside the box, and adapt writing style to suit different audiences and marketing channels.
4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to editing and proofreading, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
5. Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing principles, brand storytelling, and content strategy. Understanding of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
6. Deadline-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and take feedback constructively.
