Role & responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of QA and QC activites for Medical Devices, Machine building , Tool room, Color and Fabrication Cell.

Coordinate with Certification body for Certification/ Surveillance Audit. Ceration of internal documentation, procedures, and standards.

Close collaboration with cross-functional business units and internal partners.

Establish, monitor and continuously improve KIPL Quality management system by maintaining certification requirements and third-party agencies

Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits, identify potential sources of errors, and suggest ways to eliminate these errors. Documents and Data control by periodic review of SOPs, formats.

Monitor review activites to sustain certification of the customers including self-audits and customer audits.

Ensure new / updated / advanced quality processes and systems as per regulatory and standard requirements.

Ensure Timely Resolution of day-to-day inspection related problems so that there will be no delay in dispatch.

Establish and implement the inspection plan and ensure availability of calibrated instruments accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from pharma machine manufacturing , tool shop or fabrication field would be preferred.
