About the Job :

As an SQL Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases and SQL queries to support various applications. This role involves optimizing query performance, ensuring data consistency, and implementing data management best practices.

You'll work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, develop solutions, and troubleshoot database issues. Key skills include proficiency in SQL and T-SQL, database management experience, and familiarity with cloud environments like Azure or AWS.

This role may also involve using ETL tools and data warehousing solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and database solutions.

- Optimize SQL queries for improved performance.

- Experience with developing high quality database code such as views, procedures, functions, etc.

- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to gather requirements.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all databases.

- Implement database monitoring, backup, and recovery.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's in computer science or related field.

- 3+ years of SQL development experience.

- Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and database concepts.

- Experience with database management (i.e., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).

- Familiarity with ETL tools and data visualization platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud databases.

- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence.

- Experience working with SAP Data.
