Job Title: Manager/Sr Manager B2B Ecommerce Operations

Job Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore

Reporting to: Head - E-Commerce & MT

Job Responsibilities:

• Heading end to end B2C & B2B E-commerce function of the company.
• Deliver sales target by executing ecommerce platform level strategy and partnerships that can help in incremental growth with strong focus on margin.
• Coordinating with category manager for PO and fulfilments of B2B orders
• Develop a short-term and long-term plan for growth and report on a regular basis.
• Managing sales lead & relationships with Top Marketplaces Tata Cliq, Flipkart, Cloudtail, Home lane, Livspace etc.
• Having our entire products listed in the all platforms and maintaining hygiene across all portals
• Driving B2B sales and strategically selecting the products range for these partnerships.
• Working knowledge of AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) & FMS (Flipkart Marketing Services).
• Understanding of Seller Flex, Alpha Lite, Vendor Flex arrangements.
• Inventory management and Order fulfilment of ecommerce vendors.
• Sales analysis and monitoring - Prepare various analytical reports.
• Handling returns/ cancellation or any escalation
• Financial reconciliation
