Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will oversee all offline marketing activities to drive brand awareness, increase footfall, and generate leads for our real estate projects. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in traditional marketing channels, including print media, outdoor advertising, event management, and in-store promotions, with a focus on real estate or a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and oversee all aspects of marketing including collaterals and advertising campaigns. 2. Identify, shortlist and present media inventories in targeted markets to Marketing Head. 3. Develop and manage media plans for print, outdoor media. 4. Develop and monitor campaign budgets for media across all channels. 5. Keeping updated with the competition and its marketing strategies. 6. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance. 7. Coordinate with advertising agencies daily on all marketing collaterals. 8. Coordinate and media agencies daily to improve marketing performance. 9. Prepare a weekly report on marketing activities and its performance. 10. Conduct agency meetings monthly to plan marketing activities. 11. Identify the latest trends and technologies which improve marketing performances. 12. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. 13. Visit one sales office every day of project management and identify the marketing requirement and discuss with the same marketing Head to implement. 14. Work with the marketing and sales team to brainstorm new and innovative marketing strategies. 15. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other media projects. 16. Manage the payments to the vendors and ensure work orders are made and approved by the Marketing Head.
