General Manager

KA Mall, a premier shopping destination, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team! We're looking seasoned retail professional with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize mall profitability and achieve business objectives.

- Oversee all aspects of mall operations, including leasing, marketing, security, maintenance, and customer service.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and community stakeholders.

- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Ensure the mall provides a safe, clean, and enjoyable shopping experience for all visitors.

- Manage the mall's budget and financial performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service.

- Manage all aspects of emergency procedures, and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record of success in a senior management role within the retail or mall industry.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent financial acumen and budgeting experience.

* In-depth knowledge of retail operations, leasing, and marketing.

* Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.

* A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

* 15+ years of experience in mall management.
