Digital Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for the D2C websites of the group
• Plan & Execute any digital media campaigns for the brand portfolio to achieve awareness and consideration goals
• Create & execute relevant strategies across the funnel, for achieving revenue goals which could include Performance Campaigns, Social Campaigns, Alliances, Consumer Offers, Payment Gateway Offers
• First hand experience in running campaigns using tools on Google/Meta
• Analysis and Insights using tools such as GA4, Firebase
• Managing the SEO objectives for the portfolio websites
• Manage the CRM related activities for the portfolio websites (Email Marketing, WhatsApp, SMS etc)
• Own & Manage the Digital Experience(UI/UX) of Guests (Website & App)2) Drive Traffic & Revenue for Brand.com & App
• Manage Digital Media & Performance Campaigns (AOV, RoAS, CAC, Conv%)
• Alliances with relevant brands
• Manage CRM campaigns via Whatsapp, Emailers & Other tools

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
• A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with attention to detail and good business judgment
• Has data-driven approach to drive performance and maximize ROI
• Passion & hustle to take on & solve problems individually and within cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaborative working style are a major plus
