You will be responsible for driving and optimizing lead generation efforts across various digital platforms, including social media and Google. The role also involves supervising content and campaigns to ensure the generation of high-quality leads for our real estate projects, managing the digital marketing team, and reducing cost per lead (CPL) through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and optimize lead generation efforts on social media platforms and Google for real estate projects.
• Supervise and monitor content and campaigns related to lead generation.
• Review and provide feedback on content to ensure quality and effectiveness in generating real estate leads.
• Manage team members, including copywriters and content creators, offering guidance and direction.
• Audit and analyze the company's digital presence and lead generation strategies.
• Utilize expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, media planning, Google Analytics, Google Editor, campaign optimization, and campaign monitoring.
• Strategically plan and execute campaigns to reduce CPL and maximize ROI.

Required Skills:

• Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and media planning for real estate lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Editor.
• Experience in campaign optimization and monitoring, with a focus on real estate lead generation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret lead generation data to develop actionable strategies.
