- Technical Support: Configure and maintain email servers, authentication protocols
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve email Marketing/delivery issues.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize email sending infrastructure for performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyze Marketing/delivery metrics to provide insights and improve processes.
- Collaboration: Work with email marketing teams to align technical efforts with campaign goals.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and compliance.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
