Role Summary: The SAP FSCM Senior Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions. This role involves leading teams, managing client relationships, analyzing financial processes, and driving the successful adoption of FSCM functionalities, including credit management, collections management, cash and liquidity management, and dispute management.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation:
Lead SAP FSCM implementation and configuration activities, ensuring the solution is aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy SAP FSCM solutions, ensuring smooth integration with SAP FI/CO and other modules.
Perform end-to-end business process analysis, from order-to-cash and procurement-to-pay processes, ensuring the financial supply chain is streamlined and efficient.
Client Interaction:
Engage with senior business leaders and stakeholders to understand financial processes and propose SAP solutions to improve efficiency and financial visibility.
Manage client expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Configuration & Customization:
Configure and customize SAP FSCM solutions, including modules such as Credit Management (SAP CM), Collections Management (SAP CM), Dispute Management (SAP DM), Cash and Liquidity Management (SAP CLM), and SAP Treasury.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSCM modules and provide continuous improvement.
Project Management:
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring that SAP FSCM projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage risk and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
Testing & Go-Live Support:
Coordinate and participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for FSCM functionalities.
Provide post-go-live support, ensuring system stability and assisting users with any issues.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FSCM enhancements and industry best practices.
Recommend improvements based on ongoing system usage and evolving business needs.
Team Leadership and Mentoring:
Lead and mentor junior consultants and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide expertise in FSCM processes to guide the team through complex issues.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
Experience:
Hands-on experience on SAP Finance including 5 years with SAP FSCM (preferably in various implementations and support roles).
Strong experience in configuring and optimizing SAP FSCM components such as Credit Management, Dispute Management, Collections Management, and Cash Management.
Experience working in a consulting firm or within a global SAP environment is a plus.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) integration with SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP modules.
Strong understanding of business processes related to accounts receivable, cash management, and dispute resolution.
Project Management:
Proven ability to manage large-scale SAP FSCM projects, including managing client expectations, schedules, and team members.
Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Certifications:
SAP Certified in FSCM or related areas would be an advantage.
