Google AdWords Manager

Position Overview

KL University seeks a results-driven Google AdWords Manager to lead the planning,

execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have

expertise in Google Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven ability to drive ROI

through targeted campaigns. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the universitys

digital visibility, attracting prospective students, and strengthening its online brand presence.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on

Google AdWords campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution

• Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords to achieve marketing goals.
• Conduct keyword research and implement effective bidding strategies.
• Design and write ad copy aligned with the university's branding and promotional objectives.

2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Adjust campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement.

3. Budget Management

• Allocate and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and report on budget utilization, cost-per-click (CPC), and overall ad spend.

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Identify opportunities for new campaigns and growth in emerging markets.

5. Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with broader strategies.
• Provide detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design teams to create impactful ad creatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and Certifications in Google Ads are highly preferred.
• Proven track record of running successful PPC campaigns, preferably in education or service industries.
• Expertise in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools for reporting purposes.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail in ad creation and strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
