E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Management:
   
• Manage and optimize product listings on multi-brand e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor platform-specific guidelines and ensure compliance.

1. Customer Behavior Analysis:
   
• Analyze customer trends and behaviors to identify opportunities for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports on customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
2. Amazon Vendor Communication:
   
• Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon Vendor Central operations.
• Handle Amazon vendor negotiations and resolve queries effectively.
3. Dispute Management:
   
• Manage disputes related to orders, payments, or product issues.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
4. Faulty Returns Management:
   
• Investigate faulty product returns and raise issues with the respective platforms or vendors.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up until resolution.
5. Advertising & Promotions:
   
• Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns across Amazon and Flipkart.
• Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and sales performance.
6. Flipkart Operations:
   
• Demonstrate strong expertise in managing Flipkart listings, deals, and advertising campaigns.
• Address platform-specific challenges and leverage Flipkart tools for better visibility.
7. Reporting & Analysis:
   
• Generate periodic performance reports for listings, ads, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance platform performance.
