Human Resource Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR to lead and manage HR operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
• Manage the on boarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
• Implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in HR software (MS Office, etc.).
