Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction sites at multiple locations, focusing on road and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Manage labor worker contractors and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Communicate effectively with the public, clients, and govt. engineers.
• Utilize technical knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
• Maintain project documentation and reports using MS Office tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in supervising road and building construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective conflict resolution and team management abilities.

Requirements:

• Ability to visit and supervise multiple construction sites.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
