IT Assistant Manager / IT Sr. Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management:

• Experience in Support & Troubleshooting issues related to Windows, Macintosh, Linux etc.
• Experience in Troubleshooting of Networks, Access Points, Multi-Function Devices etc.
• Good Understanding of End-User Computing & and Security Tool
• Management of Microsoft Office 365, Aruba Cloud. Email ATP etc.
• Experienced in Asset Management & Helpdesk Management.
• Minimum 3-4 Years Experience in Vendor Management.
• Establishing Good Connect with 3rd Party Support Teams and ability to fetch prompt support from OEMs like HP, DELL, Microsoft etc.

2. Application Support:

• Understanding of development and deployment of custom applications and software solutions.
• Investigate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA) with the help of External Vendor.
• Liaise with 3rd Party Application Consultant to get Timely CRM Resolution & Review Tickets on Daily Basis
• Good Work Experience of ERP like Oracle, Galaxy, Microsoft Dynamic.
• Frequent Communication with Internal Stakeholder for ERP Related New Requirement, Changes, De-Bugging and getting it resolved in the prescribed TAT.
• Managing inhouse application like HRMS, CRM, DMS, etc.

3. Team Collaboration:

• Should have an experience of Team Handling for 3-4 Year at least.
• Be a team player with other IT team members spread PAN India, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Understand & Make Clear Communication with Team to execute Instruction in a Timely
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and align IT initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Maintaining Data for ready references in Reviews & Meeting.

4. Security and Compliance:

• Understand & Troubleshoot the Working of End-User Security like EDR, XDR, Email ATP
• Spread Security Awareness amongst End-User to ensure Minimum Security Incidents.
• Stay Updated with the Industry Norms of security and execute the same as an independent responsibility with proper approval.
• Ensure 100% Application Compliance on Site and Update the deficiencies on Timely Basis to HO.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Aruba Cloud, Email ATP, and End-User Security Tools like
  EDR, XDR.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems like Oracle, Galaxy, Microsoft Dynamics, and managing in-house applications (HRMS, CRM, DMS).
